I have used Posey Place twice now, both for simpathy flowers and both bouquets were delivered timely and beautifully. This last order really impressed me, I had ordered an arrangement with a disposable base, not realizeing it was meant for a funeral home. Posey Place reached out to me realizing their delivery was for an individual and asked if I would like the floral arrangement altered to include a standard vase. I really appreciated them putting in the effort to contact me and make srue the product and delivery were perfect. They even sent me a picture of the alterations prior to delivery. Its the little things that matter and Posey Place seems to make sure each detail is in place. Its appreciated!
